What data do we collect?
We collect the following data by using the app

• Device identifiers such as Firebase Messaging ID and device name.
• IP adresses
• Information about your operating system (such as version, device type)
• Usage data (time and interactions)
• Diagnose data (error logs, stack traces)

Additionally, we collect the following data when contacting us or by requesting an offer:

• First- and last-name
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• Country of residence

How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Use the app (see above what data is collecting by using the app)
• Contacting us or requesting an offer. This data is entered by you and only collected if the offer is sent.

To display maps in our app, map data is directly loaded from MapTiler. Information that is send along by requesting map data such as device information and IP addresses may be collected by them. Please see their privacy policy at Privacy policy | MapTiler.

How will we use your data?
We collect your data so that we can:

• Deliver the features of the Kystruten app. Every minute the apps fetches up to date information regarding departures, weather, northern lights and more from our servers. Along with these requests your IP address and device information are transmitted. This data may be stored places like log files or stack-traces, which are used to improve the service.
• Usage data is collected by Google Analytics and we use this data to improve our services. This usage data is anonymised.
• In case of contact or an offer request by you, the data is used to contact you or make you an offer.

How we store your data?
We securely store your data in Google data centres within the European Union. We keep your data for until they are not needed anymore (not more than 3 years).

Marketing
We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. This only happens if you've opted in for "Marketing notifications" when starting a tour in our app. It is always possible to opt out in the app or by sending an email to info@kystruten.app.
